His dream was to create a high quality dining experience that would showcase the fine produce and cool climate wines of the region. Selecting a stunning site at a founding Peninsula vineyard, the first winery restaurant in the region, Max's at Red Hill Estate was born. Max's dream has now been realised. As well as a multi-award winning restaurant, the Max's brand also incorporates a produce line, two accommodation properties and a new touring business. All designed to showcase the region to the world, Max's truly does 'Capture the Essence of the Mornington Peninsula'. |
