Max’s restaurant and the winery at Red Hill Estate combine to offer a wide array of corporate and entertainment options.

Max’s Restaurant and Cellar Door are nestled in the vineyard with stunning views across Western Port to Phillip Island. The spectacular setting for a corporate or social group to gather to wine, dine and unwind from the stresses of modern day life.

Many groups come to Max’s at Red Hill Estate to enjoying the food and wine combinations on our a la carte lunch menu. Others book the whole Estate and ask us to plan a more structured event.

The Cellar Door can put together blind tastings, option games, serious tutored tastings and more. All these options are, of course, accompanied by an outstanding meal prepared by Max’s at Red Hill Estate.

Whether you require a corporate function, sales meeting, full day seminar, presentation, product launch, Christmas Party or just a relaxed night out, Max’s at Red Hill Estate has the flexibility to tailor the exact function to suit your requirements.

An appealing advantage of an evening function is that the restaurant and grounds can be exclusively yours to enjoy. Max’s at Red Hill Estate provides privacy and seclusion so you and your guests can totally relax and enjoy our reputed fine wine, food and service.  Exclusive venue hire is charged at $400.00 for the night.

An ideal start to the evening is our special ‘Cellar Door Experience’ in the cellar door area. The Red Hill Estate team are happy to run through their extensive range of award winning wines, offering tastings and informative tutorials on each wine. This gives you a perfect opportunity to taste all the wines and select your favourite wine to accompany your dinner, or your cellar.

The ‘Cellar Door Experience’ can be finished with option games. It is a great way to alleviate stress from a long day’s conferencing to relax before dinner, and a great team bonding exercise. Max’s Restaurant has a wide range of gift ideas available for staff incentives, corporate mementos and thank you gifts. Max’s own award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Egyptian Dukkah spices or unique Morello Cherry Balsamic Vinegar are now available. Single bottles or gift packs of two bottles including a dukkah can be pre arranged for presentation on the night. Christmas Bonus gift ideas are also catered for and Max’s staff can arrange delivery to your place of business or accommodations.

It is best to allow 45 minutes for the ‘Cellar Door Experience’, which can also include the pre dinner Canapés, served throughout. Then it’s next door to ‘Max’s’ for a sumptuous three-course dinner.

Max’s at Red Hill Estate offer a menu package for Corporate or large group bookings wishing to visit Red Hill Estate in the evenings. A minimum of 20 people for dinner Sunday through to Thursday (inclusive) and 50 people on Friday and Saturday evenings.  Our menu package is $85.00 per person including GST. Executive Chef/Proprietor, Max Paganoni has compiled a Dinner menu with emphasis on complimenting the wines, surroundings and season.

Your five-course menu will start with a selection of hot and cold canapés, then your choice of two dishes for each entrée, main course and dessert followed by tea and coffee with petit fours. Our specially designed menu is served on a 50/50 basis around the table.
Max’s at Red Hill Estate will be happy to incorporate your ideas to tailor a menu or theme to meet your requirements.                      
Other options are also available to evening group functions including a full Mornington Peninsula produce menu, a Tuscan menu inspired by Max’s annual trips to Italy or a specific wine dinner with a menu expertly matched to the Red Hill Estate range of wines. Any of these options can of course include a guest speaker to address your guests on each specific topic if required.

Full selections of Red Hill Estate wines are available through our various drinks packages, which also include Beers, Apple juice, Orange juice, Soft Drinks and still water.
