Nestled in the vineyard with stunning views across Western Port Bay to Phillip Island, Max’s at Red Hill Estate is the ideal setting for your Wedding Day.

The grounds of Red Hill Estate are appealing by day or night with the breathtaking outlook by day, and the pathways aglow by night while tiny lights flicker across the bay on Phillip Island.

On balmy evenings there is nothing nicer than a glass of sparkling wine and canapés on the terrace watching the summer hues fade from the sky. On winter nights the warmth of the open fire is always enchanting.

Max’s at Red Hill Estate provides privacy and seclusion for you and your guests to totally relax and enjoy our reputed fine wine, food and service.

Executive Chef Max Paganoni has delighted guests since 1994 and has orchestrated a menu with emphasis on complimenting the wines, surroundings and season. We are happy to incorporate your ideas to tailor a menu to meet your exact requirements.

Max’s at Red Hill Estate can accommodate up to 100 people. The Estate is available from 6pm.

Other Information

Preferred music at Max’s is acoustic. Music with no amplification suits the style and surroundings of the Estate. The natural acoustics of the restaurant are suitable for most music styles.

Bands and DJ’s that require amplification can be utilised however must strictly abide by noise restrictions and finish at 11pm sharp.

Table settings and room set up are very flexible and can be discussed with your Event Manager to suit your preferred style.

There are many fine local wedding services we are happy to recommend. From florists to photographers, celebrants to Bridal cars, we can source the right service for your needs.

We request that all guests are informed that absolutely no confetti, rice or petals are to be thrown on the Estate or in the restaurant. This will incur a $150 fee.

Tentative bookings are held for fourteen days. If you select Max’s as your Wedding Venue we will require a $1,000 deposit as confirmation.

Full Payment is required upon confirmation of final numbers no later than three days prior to the wedding.
